Jeju’s Costa named Manager of the Month
Jeju SK manager Sérgio Costa has been named the K League’s Manager of the Month for September 2026. Jeju went unbeaten in September with two wins and two draws. They drew 0-0 with Ulsan HD in Round 27, beat Gwangju 1-0, drew 2-2 with Bucheon FC 1995 and then beat Gangwon 1-0. They scored four goals and conceded just two in those four games. It was not an easy run of fixtures, with three of the four games away from home, but Costa adjusted his approach to each opponent and gave chances to a range of players to keep the unbeaten run going. He will receive a trophy and prize money.
