Overview
Bucheon FC 1995 was founded in 2007, led by a group of fans — the first fan-founded club in Korean football history to reach the professional ranks. It started out in the K3 League in 2008 before entering K League 2 in 2013.
Bucheon beat Suwon FC 4-2 on aggregate in the promotion playoffs to earn its first-ever promotion to K League 1, 18 years after its founding.
The club’s home ground is Bucheon Sports Complex.

Seating Guide
The club still plays at a multi-purpose stadium with natural grass and a 400m running track, and the north-stand temporary seating where the supporters group “Hermes” leads chants was expanded ahead of the 2026 season. There’s a plan to build a dedicated 5,000-seat football stadium (expandable to 10,000) on the site of the auxiliary field, but construction hasn’t started yet, so games continue at the existing stadium for now.

Cheering Culture
Bucheon FC 1995’s supporters, ‘Hermes,’ trace their history back to 1995 — the very year in the club’s name — when they first rallied behind the Bucheon Yukong (SK) side. Their chant ‘Oh~ My Bucheon’ spread so widely that it became the template for ‘Oh Pilseung Korea,’ the Red Devils’ famous national-team anthem.
