Gimcheon’s Jeong Jae-min reaches 100 K League appearances
Gimcheon Sangmu’s Jeong Jae-min has reached a milestone of 100 career K League appearances. He hit the mark on the 16th in a K League 1 Round 23 match against Incheon United. “Playing one game at a time, it’s surreal that I’ve already reached 100 appearances,” he said. “The first people I think of are my parents, who always supported me.” Jeong, who said he went through a tough stretch trying to turn pro through his junior year of college, set a personal goal: “I want to keep playing steadily for 300-plus appearances.” Gimcheon will hold a ceremony marking the 100-appearance milestones for both Jeong and Lee Jeong-taek before their home match on the 25th.

Jeju’s ‘living legend’ Lee Chang-min hits 300 K League games
Jeju SK’s living legend Lee Chang-min reached the milestone of 300 career K League appearances. He played about 67 minutes as a starter on the 22nd in a scoreless draw with Gimcheon Sangmu at Jeju World Cup Stadium, completing the mark. Lee joined Jeju in 2016 and is now in his 11th year with the club, having logged 245 of his 300 games there, more than 80 percent of his career at a single club. “Reaching 300 K League appearances feels less like my own achievement and more like a record built together with Jeju SK and the fans,” he said. “I won’t lose my original passion in the games ahead.” A commemorative ceremony is planned before Jeju’s match against Ulsan HD on September 5.

Bucheon unveils third kit marking first K League 1 season
Bucheon FC 1995 unveiled its 2026 third kit to mark the club’s first-ever season in K League 1. Titled “Blast From Crowd,” the design reflects the club’s determination to make a run in the second half of the season. Playing its inaugural K League 1 campaign, Bucheon has been on a roll of late, including a 3-0 rout of Pohang at Bucheon Stadium. The club is looking to carry that momentum forward with the new kit for the rest of the season.
