Club Overview

Avispa Fukuoka are based in Fukuoka City. Originally based in Shizuoka, the club relocated to Fukuoka in response to local fan demand for a hometown team. Their home, Best Denki Stadium (officially “Higashi-Hirao Park Hakatanomori Football Stadium”), holds about 21,600.

Seating Guide

Following a 2025 reseating overhaul, seating now includes Main Stand Free (blocks M6, M1), Pitch-side Reserved (B2, B6), Back Stand Reserved, and renamed goal-end sections — Home Goal-End Free (North) and Away Goal-End Free (South).

Cheer Culture

The “Avispa Ultras” have deep roots, given that fan demand for a local team was itself part of what drove the club’s relocation to Fukuoka; distinctively, their ultras draw stylistic influence from South American supporter culture rather than European-style traditions. Large homemade banners featuring player portraits appear at every match.
