Brewers name Misiorowski G1
Milwaukee officially named Jacob Misiorowski its NLCS Game 1 starter vs. the Dodgers. Misiorowski — this season’s presumptive NL Cy Young winner — has flashed elite velocity (104.8 mph in NLDS G1) and big-game poise; in three appearances versus L.A. he owns a 1.59 ERA with 27 strikeouts in 17 innings.

Dodgers set NLCS rotation
Los Angeles announced a rotation plan for the NLCS, sending Tarik Skubal to start Game 1 and Yoshinobu Yamamoto in Game 2.
