Club Overview

The Arizona Cardinals were founded in Chicago in 1898 as the Morgan Athletic Club, making them the oldest continuously operating franchise in the NFL and, alongside the Chicago Bears, one of only two league charter members still in existence. The franchise moved to St. Louis in 1960 and then to Phoenix in 1988. After winning league titles in 1925 and 1947, the club reached Super Bowl XLIII following the 2008 season but finished as runner-up.

The Arizona Cardinals are an NFC West franchise based in Glendale, Arizona, one of the oldest franchises in the NFL (founded in 1898).

Cheer Culture

Phoenix’s light rail doesn’t reach Glendale directly, so you’ll need to transfer to a game-day shuttle at Desert Sky Transit Center. Valley Metro bus route 70 stops directly at the stadium ($2).
