The “Tokyo Derby” against ground-sharing Tokyo Verdy is the biggest rivalry, with documented flashpoints including a 2008 supporter incident and a 2023 incident targeting a Verdy banner. The chant “Verdy dakeniha, makerarenai” (“There’s no way we’ll lose to Verdy”) is well known.

🚌 Getting Around
It’s about a 5-minute walk from Keio Line’s Tobitakyu station (north exit, toward Ajinomoto Stadium). It’s about 20 minutes from Shinjuku via the Keio Line, and trains/buses run extra service for major events.
🏨 Lodging
Chofu Urban Hotel and Hotel Musashino no Mori (7–9 minutes from Tobitakyu station) are options, and a hotel a 2-minute walk from Keio Line’s Fuchu station also offers good access.
🎟️ Tickets — improved for foreign fans
In 2023, the club responded to requests from foreign spectators by launching an English-language purchase page on Ticket Pia. SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP holders get priority sales before general release.

The plaza south of the stadium, “Aoaka Park,” offers food trucks, mini-games, and FC Tokyo’s original beer before matches. Away supporters sit in sections S17–S27 behind the goal, which are relatively spacious.
