Anyang Rework Defense at Boeun Camp

FC Anyang wrapped up a five-day autumn training camp in Boeun County, North Chungcheong Province, held from September 29 to October 3. Under head coach Yoo Byung-hoon, Anyang focused on fixing their defensive organization. The club has conceded 47 goals in 30 matches this season and has repeatedly given up goals after scoring first. Yoo stressed “selection and focus,” tackling the most urgent issues first. In a practice match against Chodang University during the camp, Anyang won big without conceding, testing the defensive patterns they had prepared. Currently ninth with 38 points, Anyang sit two points behind sixth place, the cutoff for Final A, and will look for a turnaround in the last three regular-round matches, starting against Gimcheon Sangmu on October 10.
