Hayashi diagnosed with left medial collateral ligament injury
Kawasaki Frontale announced on October 4, 2026 that defender Hayashi Shunsuke has been injured. Hayashi sustained the injury on September 20 in the U-21 League East–West Ground match against U-21 FC Tokyo, and medical examinations diagnosed a left medial collateral ligament injury. A product of Kawasaki’s youth system, he is also registered with the first team. The club has not released a timetable for treatment or return; further updates are expected from the club.
