The “Famous Racing Sausages,” started on June 27, 1993, is a race between five sausage-costumed characters between the 6th and 7th innings, begun in honor of Hall of Famer Paul Molitor. Mascot Bernie Brewer slides down a giant yellow slide from his left-field chalet after every home run and win.
