TRAX light rail’s (Blue/Green Line) Arena station is right in front of the arena, and downtown is a “Free Fare Zone” — no charge for rides within that area. The Green Line also connects directly to the airport.

Asher Adams, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hyatt House are right across from the arena (0.1 miles), with Element Salt Lake City Downtown a 4-minute walk.
🎟️ Tickets
The Jazz’s official ticket partner is SeatGeek, not Ticketmaster (unlike most other NBA teams, worth noting) — the only authorized sellers are DeltaCenter.com, UtahJazz.com, and SeatGeek.com.

Bag policy is very strict — only bags under 4x6x2 inches are allowed regardless of transparency, with no separate storage service. Under Utah’s liquor laws, high-proof alcohol (spirits, wine, etc.) can’t be sold inside the arena — only beer under 5% is available (worth noting, since it’s easy to assume rules from other US cities apply).
