“White Hot” is a real, longstanding playoff tradition (starting as a T-shirt giveaway in 2003, formalized from 2006) where fans wear all-white to home playoff games — it reportedly drives roughly a third of the team’s retail revenue. “Heat Culture” is the team’s actual official branding motto for its gritty, hard-nosed on-court identity.

💡 Insider Tips
Bags larger than 10x6x2 inches aren’t allowed (wallets, pouches, and clear plastic bags are exceptions), with oversized bags storable in Binbox lockers. The 100-level side sections (106-107, 118-119) are well-regarded for their sightlines between the free-throw lines.
