“Deer District,” the outdoor plaza outside Fiserv Forum, is a real, nationally famous fan gathering space — roughly 65,000 fans packed it for the 2021 NBA championship watch party. “Bucks in Six” is a real chant that originated as a boastful 2013 playoff prediction by Brandon Jennings and came true (in a different form) during the 2021 Eastern Conference Finals run.

Bags other than wallets are generally not allowed (medical/diaper bags are exceptions), though opaque bags between 10x6x2 and 14x14x6 inches can pass through after an X-ray check. Before and after games, Deer District next to the arena and Old World Third St (a German shopping district a block away) are great places to spend time.
