The Yokohama DeNA BayStars are a Central League club based in Yokohama, Kanagawa. Their home, Yokohama Stadium, opened in 1978 and holds about 34,000 fans.

🚌 Getting Around

JR Kannai station is closest, about a 2-minute walk. Exit 2 (the Stadium Exit) of Minatomirai Line’s Nihon-odori station is also about 3 minutes away. The stadium has no parking of its own for general visitors, so public transport is essentially required.

🏨 Lodging

Business hotels a 5-minute walk from Kannai station’s south exit are within walking distance of both the stadium and Chinatown. A classic hotel a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Motomachi-Chukagai station is also popular, near Yamashita Park and Chinatown.

🎟️ Tickets

The official ticket site offers the “Baycche” service (requires a free account, no fan club membership needed), and a small allocation also goes through Lawson Ticket. The box office (inside Yokohama Park) accepts cash only — no credit cards.

🗺️ Tourism Tie-in

Yokohama’s “Minato Burari Ticket” one-day pass (with a digital option) covers the city subway and buses, plus the “Akaikutsu” tourist loop bus, reaching the Red Brick Warehouse, Chinatown, and Sankeien Garden.
