Suidobashi Station (JR/Toei Mita Line) or Korakuen Station (Tokyo Metro) are both within walking distance. The Tokyo Subway Ticket (800 yen for 24 hours) covers you well, and a Welcome Suica/PASMO PASSPORT lets you get an IC card with no deposit. The dome itself is fully cashless, so bring a card or IC card.
